Wood Rack /Storage Questions
Hello! Alright, with the anticipation of my BS Smoker coming in Sept...I'm thinking wood. I've found someone here in the NOLA area that will deliver, saying it is aged wood...choices of oak, hickory, walnut, etc...I think even mesquite? Anyway....His large orders are 18" splits, 3x4x8... -

7 racks Wednesday morning
7 racks - Wed. - more pron Now I did it... Volunteered to provide ribs tomorrow. Cooking for a small gathering (12-14). Have 7 whole racks in the cooler... 35 lbs. untrimmed... thawing since Saturday. Gave two people advanced nibbles of my grub... no complaints :mrgreen: Expecting people...- BBQ Bandit
