    Pit Purchasing Standoff

I have a Lang offset which I really like the flavor of the way she smokes but it takes time and effort. There are times when I just can't spend that much effort cooking. I do a couple of competitions per year so pit mobility is important. I am considering adding a pit that would be less effort...

Sawtooth Pellet Grill 610HD wowza (pic heavy)

Many years ago, i decided to get into the pellet game. One the years I've collected eggs, UDS's, an offset, and some insulated cabinets (Stump don't build no junk), but something about pellets kept calling me. So two years ago, i grabbed a Yoder 640. Due to my OCD, i spend too much time...

Hi everyone! New member! I currently have a Pitts 'N Spitts U1830. I bought it back in 1999 and it's still in great shape. (It's also on Craig's List.) It's a great hardwood offset smoker but I've decided to become a Pellet Pooper! These forums have helped me a lot in digging through my...
