Default Another new MJH seasoning

Compared to a 22" WSM for scale

Fire box has to weigh 3x what my Backwoods does

Hitting it all up with the weedburner to preheat and clean off any industrial residues.

Had additional sliders added in allowing for 7 racks 4" apart. generous capacity to say the least

Cleared up for a bit in WI this afternoon. Could do without the snow.

after seasoning, and a quick sacrificial rib tip cook, we threw some ribs in. Very even front to back- side to side temps. never had to rotate. No pics on my phone tho.

One thing adjustable on the cyberQ is the prop band. Standard setting is 25 degrees meaning your guru will run 100% until you get within 25 degrees of your set point. By bumping that up to 50 degrees it throttles down earlier. The MJH is very efficient and this helps from overstoking the fire. Also running a 10cfm fan. More than enough fan power.

I predict the cycle time will get increased too. Seems like the gurus are set up to controll a wsm stock. Insulated verticals are a different beast.
