BBQ Bacon
is One Chatty Farker
Always a favorite around our place. This time I got a little creative and used 2 frying pans for this so that we can get crispy hash browns.
The hash brown mixed was shredded potatoes that I squeezed as much water out as possible. The added flour, finely chopped onion, an egg and S&P.
Flip and then start building while the other side cooks.
Add cheddar, chopped bacon, chopped chives and sour cream.
Top with the other hash brown and cook til cheese is melted.
Served with scrambled eggs and breakfast for dinner was served.
