Hello all my name is Todd & I’m glad to be part of the forum. I’m a fan of cooking outside as much as possible & an even bigger fan of eating. I currently have a 22” Weber Smokey Mountain, a 22” Weber Kettle, a 14” Weber Smokey Joe & 22” Blackstone griddle. I use an OnlyFire rotisserie, a BBQ Vortex & a hand hammered Cantonese style carbon steel wok on my kettle. I enjoy making as many things as possible from scratch. I’m excited to share my meals with like minded folks because my wife & kids could not care less, they just want dinner.
