Hi Folks,

Doing a cook for a friend of a friend's pool party. They want dark chicken 1/4's, spareribs, baked beans, and cole slaw for 50-60 people. All cooking will be done off-site and food will be delivered to party hot in cambro. The host will supply all cutlery, napkins, plates, drinks, dessert etc.

What would you charge?

What I try to do is add up all my expenses and at least double it, and people tell me I'm too cheap. With the menu it should be at least $5-6 per person. That is what I think but that's just me. Plus I am in the midwest and prices tend to be on the low side.:roll:
