15 tomatilos
2 med white onions
5 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup celantro
2 japs
1 serrano pepper 2 for more heat
1 tbs lime juice
pinch of salt & sugar
Char onions.tomatilos,peppers,on the grill .add the rest of ingredients into a blender and combine for desired texture.
Red
Reserve 1/2 of the above mixture and add 1 7 oz can of Chipotle in Adobo sauce and 2 tbs of olive oil. combine for desired texture.
Green
