1# Brisket Point and half of yesterday’s brisket jelly
1# lean ground grass fed beef burger
1/2 box chicken stock.

Mesquite smoked brisket, fat and liquid IP 10 minutes slow release
Stick blended into slurry
Added 1 package Williams Chili Mix
Browned and added hamburger
Stirred
Added 1 can Bush’s Mild Sauce Chili Beans

5 minutes IP- slow release.
Very Tasty, tons of flavors

Looks delicious and +1 for the beans. I also like the Williams Chili mix. I had my second 18oz bottle delivered Saturday.

Man, that TX Red looks Delicious Adams. The addition of ground burger really sets it off.
People will argue the beans, but F'm.

When you catch drippings by whatever method, cooking in pan, foil boat, drip pan, foil wrap and you refrigerate the drippings. After it cools remove the hard layer and underneath is the seasoned Smokey jelly. Excellent in soups stews beans chili even a compound butter
