Had a sirloin in the freezer, gave it a coat of Oakridge Saigon 21. Should have put it on a lot thicker. Tasty, but the flavor was not as pronounced as I thought it would be. Would have been better with a thicker coat.

Added some horseradish sauce, just because... Cooked just a bit over what I normally like, but still quite tasty.

I noticed that with the Saigon 21 too. It smells so incredible, and my first instinct was to go lightly with the rub. The flavor is spot on, but it is lighter than you would think. I'll take that any day over a rub that overpowers things.
