Just joined...down here in Dallas. I look forward to discussing all thing BBQ with you. I guess I am posting this to introduce myself, and also to unlock the potential secret mysteries of this website.
My cooking vessel of choice is the trusty weber 22. I plan on ribeyes tonight, and I have two chickens covered in peppers/lime/garlic/cilantro for tomorrow.
