I recently bought the grill grate griddle for my cookers. Came in today, so I opted for some seasoned shrimp for shrimp tacos. Whipped up some fresh chimichurri to go on top. Super simple and really fresh. I’m fairly impressed with the griddle. I think it’ll make a nice addition!

Yeah. I just learned they made a griddle and it was significantly cheaper and lighter than the Yoder cast iron. Drops right in place. Of course they make different lengths, but the 19.25” fits all my grills perfectly.
 
Yup, great tool to use. I don't use mine nearly enough but, trying to fix that. Looks like you took right to it
