My daughter wanted to participate in the "Bacon Makes Everything Better" throwdown. While I was cooking sliders on the Blackstone griddle, she made up and cooked a cheddar stuffed, bacon wrapped patty, which dwarfs the slider bun. While she was earing it, she said it was very tasty and the flavors worked well together,,, especially the cheddar.


So on behalf of my daughter, this is her creation for the throwdown.

That is an awesome entry, and one worthy of the Brethren! Very nice on her.
 
I laughed SO HARD at the plated picture with that itty bitty bun. Good on her for being interested!

I think she can enter it in the 'anything but charcoal' throwdown too!
 
Congrats to your daughter and to you obviously sparking an interest in cooking. That is just the way I like my burgers, a little bit of bun and a whole lot of meat
