My youngest son and his girlfriend came to visit, so of course I had to get rocking with the smoker.

Spare ribs (one with Q-Salt and one with Rib Rub), Sausages & Roasted Beef Marrow Bones.

You feed everyone too well, John, that's why they keep coming back and bothering you. Heck, I'll be making the trip one day for some of that good looking grub. Very nice!

Looks like the youngest and his girlfriend were treated well. I've had marrow bones once in a fancy restaurant where, thankfully, I wasn't paying the check, and they were just so-so, especially for the price. But I would like to try yours just to compare. Looks like you can consistently turn out some stellar ribs on your Shirley.

Those are some pretty spectacular ribs John. I have seen sausage hung a lot. Is there a benefit to hanging? Thanks
