compliments the whole process start to finish ya know..

lunch was real good too. gonna play around some way soon kinda a variation i myself made (had an old moldy 50c baguette, tons of my cured pork) too-

but man that gravy for this burger, which really stole the show was not my doing whatsoever. glad there's a lot of that leftover at least. nothin else, lol
