This past weekend was the Apopka BBQ showdown. The 3rd comp of the Florida BBQ association season. This was stacked field 37 PRO teams some of top pitmasters in Florida, Backyard division was stacked as well with another 34 teams.
This was a learning comp for us with weather heating up we need learn to adapt lil more , cambro over shot our brisket we could hardly get it held together to get slices in box. Made huge rookie mistake on pork finishing ...long story.
We did however take to 2 walk at this event which was an honor.

this was our 1st PRO RIB 1st place so great to put another tick mark on comp door !
Great location for BBQ comps , set up perfect for what we do look forward to many more years .....
