…got my grill on today. Jalapeno Popper Burgers. Poppers stuffed with dill and American White, wrapped in bacon. About 1.5# pack of ground sirloin. seasoned and cooked straight from package.Topped with more American White. Chef Merito carne asada on abt's and Lawry's on ground cow. Fresh tomato, dill pickles, onion and mustard on sour dough toast.

Definitely not as good as an August garden, but had decent flavor and excellent texture for a wintertime tomato.
It was actually on a stem.
