Well I'm back with a bang! Today's Cook!

Well I hope you guys have been wondering where I've been! Its been a rough couple years outside of the pandemic. Finally had some weather above 60 degree's I enjoyed the day outside and finally fired up the silverbac!

So on today's menu we had a smoked chicken.. and a corned beef. I had a wicked craving for a reuben sandwich! so here ya go enjoy!

Be prepared for some more from me in the near future I'm back with a vengeance! ITS BBQ & fishing season for me (BBQ doesn't have a season but right now its in session)
