Weber Story

I have been bbqing and giving some to my son and his new wife. She has fallen in love with bbq meat, especially brisket, and wanted Sean, my son, to get a grill/smoker.
He has a birthday coming up so I got him a Weber with everything he needs to get started. I took him the grill and a rack of ribs to cook.
I gave him a tutorial on using the Weber and the 3-2-1 method of doing ribs, made him some rubs and sauces together we trimmed to spare ribs to St. Louis.
He had his first cook using pecan wood chunks and his ribs came out great!
Now his wife wants a brisket to I guess I'll be doing another lesson.
It is satisfying sharing a hobby I love with my son.

My two daughters never had an interest in what Dad was doing on the patio, even to this day and they're both in their 30's. And neither have my SIL.
