Bought one of those family size rotisserie birds at Sam's. Pulled the meat and dropped the carcass in boiling water with onion, garlic + herbs and spices. Old fashioned Chicken Soup from Mom's cookbook. Needed celery & carrot so asked The Bride to grab a couple monster jalapenos. Processed the quick route then cream cheese, a dusting of Naturiffic SW seasoning some Tillamook cheddar and wrapped in thick cut pepper bacon. May float may not. TBD. Beer.
