Chopped leftover tenderloin bites in processor and mixed with 1# 85/15 seasoned with Adkins. Chopped some fire roasted Hatch Green Chile in processor- dang it’s quick , sliced purple onion, jalapeño cheddar. Thinking about Blackstone but tank feels really light. May do cast iron over coals. May make a purple cabbage MSU slaw (cabbage-mayo-evoo-Cavenders).
