Ribeye and Shrimp for Mother's Day...

Did some steaks and shrimp for the moms in my life. Cooking for 6, it was good that I have the Weber 26 to go to, because these things wouldn't have fit on the 22. Weather was terrible, but the steaks didn't disappoint.

Beef prices are getting a little out of hand around here, but I could not pass up this Prime Ribeye at Costco. Great marbling IMO...

Seasoned with garlic, pepper, kosher salt and Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria.

Plenty of room on the 26 for 2 Ribeyes a NY Strip and 3 Sirloins.

Plated with a few Shrimp and a Sweet Potato.
