Very low to no humidity winds gusting to 40mph. No need to panic neighbors with smoke. Another soup/stew with sausage and smoked brisket.
Roasted seasoned butternut squash and Brussels. Stock -onion -Cavenders No Salt -Janes Crazy Salt, some pizza pepper cream cheese and a container of smoked Gouda pimiento cheese from a nearby deli. Probably other stuff but it evades me. Garlic and purple onion.

The knife is like a little puppy. It nibbled me once but didn’t bite through the skin. It also manages to insert itself into a lot of photos.
