MSU - Burgers

Did you know there is an MSU Throwdown going on? I'll throw in an obvious burger entry... Hatch green chile lamb cheese burgers with bacon jam.

Protien: Lamb & bacon

Fruit/Vegetable: Tomato & Hatch Chile

Liquid: Bourbon

Cheese: Cheddar

Forgot to take pics for the bacon jam prep, but basically it's bacon, caramelized onions, bourbon, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper.

Couple lamb burgers from the local Mexi-Mart.

Woah, I'm guessing you roasted the chilies yourself..... wonderful. Lamb is where it's at, 50,000 coyotes can't be wrong. :biggrin1:

Found a stray bag in the freezer, thinking from 2019, since I didn't buy any last year... I don't know why so many people don't like lamb, it's delicious. :noidea:
