KCBS competition OCT 5-8 Possible double event

Setting up a KCBS sanctioned competition at the 66th annual Rex Allen Days in Wilcox Arizona October 5th - 8th 2017. This is a good sized event and will be an excellent place for a real BBQ competition. We need 15 teams minimum and hope to start out with $10,000 in prize money. Will decide this week if we want to make it a double competition since the days allow for it. Would really like some feedback. Already paid the initial fee. Advice also appreciated. Wilcox is about 95 miles southeast of Tucson Arizona. Hope to draw teams from New Mexico and Texas, close to the New Mexico border.
