There's nothing wrong with fat Chris. As I have mentioned, I don't de-fat my butt juices before I pour them back in with the pulled pork. To me, that's a lot of flavor you are throwing away...

YEP! There's nothing I like more than a bbq sammich piled high with pieces of bark sprinkled in and a couple flavor bombs of fat thrown in for good measure! Topped with slaw of course.

On a side note I am glad this was put into foodsaver bags. Because I just realized I am completely out of Blues Hog Tennessee Red!!!!:shocked::shocked::shocked:

Now that won't bother the lady of the house as she despises the smell and flavor of vinegar......which is why I'm banned from making my own Carolina vinegar sauce in the house from now to eternity.:heh::heh:
