Hi there my name is Gil I am new to cooking with a smoker. I live just north of San Antonio TX. I enjoy flipping burgers and rolling dogs across the grill.

Looking forward to leaning the art of cooking in smokers. I am waiting for the building and delivery of a new Party Gator Pit.
