Crumbled about 2 Oz mesquite smoked Fatty in evoo. Added asparagus purple onion baby Bella’s and fresh garlic. Topped with chopped green chile. Sautéed til translucent and added Milberger Farms Pueblo Chile HOT salsa. My wife won’t even open the lid. Probably the hottest I’ve ever bought. Added a couple thick shelled brown eggs. Let that sit about a minute and scrambled and folded Tillamook Cheddar. No Flour No Sugar (or micro amount)
