Small frozen bag of baby Brussels simmered shallow in beer then briefly air fried. Then light ly dressed with a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter and bacon grease with bacon

Method two same except dressed with garlic parmesan from Wingstop or make your own.

We eat a lot of baby Brussels. Most MSU'd at time with whatever is on hand. Peanut butter sounds weird but it's so little amount you get hit with a hint, not hammered over the head

The Bride will also blanche Brussels and Butternut squash then baked seasoned served with butter.

Just saw a post on the Book of Face from Big Poppa Smokers.

Do you love brussel sprouts? Big Poppa has a very simple recipe to elevate them to the next level. Use your cast iron on the grill and add 1 1/2 sticks of butter and 3 tsps of Big Poppa's Little Louie's. Cook at 400 for 10 minutes.

1 1/2 sticks of butter? Sounds good to me!
