Leading in to the contest, we also have CBJ & Table Captain Classes in March 2014. http://firinupthefox.org/learning/certified-judging-classes/ We're looking for a competition team to cook for this class!

Also leading into the contest, we have BBQ 101 & 102 classes by Chris Marks in April. http://firinupthefox.org/learning/bbq-cooking-classes/

Not sure if i'm going to throw down on the KCBS or the amateur, but I'm there. Will probably register a bit closer to the event, albeit still quite early.
