I decided to enter the "Summer Cookouts" Throwdown.
Dug some sausage out of the freezer the other day and ground up a prime brisket for some burgers. I had 2 days off from work so I cooked out both days.
The 1st day was a test run for the 2nd day when some family was coming over.
I picked the Weber 22 from the arsenal, fired her up and grilled up 6 burgers and 4 sausages. They definitely passed the test with flying colors.
Long before any of the fam showed up the nest day, I fired up the 22 inch kettle , the Jumbo Joe. and the stick burner. The sausages went in the stick burner and the burgers on the 2 Webers.
It all got done around the same time and the family truly enjoyed the finished product.

Here is the pron (don't know how that one pic got sideways)

Sorry for the double post. Don't know what happened.
Must've been the new phone.
