BCC after long time

I started my experience with BBQ cooking a beer can chicken, long time ago
Then, for a lot of reasons, I didn't do it for years
Basically the reason is that my mother in law grow up a lot of chicken but she usually divide them in 4 so... It's a bit difficult to recompose the chicken!
Yesterday my daughter remembered the old times with the chicken standing up on a can...
So I bought one and today...

Yep. Just thinking about that.
Actually, I almost forgot that a good starter was eggplants cooked in ember roasting and served on small cups made by cheese!
Next time I'll do it!
