Let me start off by saying im sorry because I did not think to get any before pics but I did get some after. I got the uds fired up today and threw on some baby backs. They got rubbed up in a homemade sweet and spicy sauce then finished with the traditional butter, honey, brown sugar along with a little mop sauce sent to me by one of the brethren here. All in all it has been a great day of Qing and playing baseball with my son. Life is good when your spending time around a smoker. Have a great week brethren.
