As chosen by snadamo for winning the January SPECIAL"Mama Mia! Now That's Italian" Throwdown.



CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

It's been some 2 years or so since we've done an Asian themed Throwdown. However, lets not limit it to just China, Japan, Korea, etc. I was thinking of including the entire continent, so India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Mongolia, et al! Can be Grilled, smoked, appetizers, main courses, it's all good as long as it's Asian!

You may submit entries that are cooked from 2/10 through 2/27.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday, 2/27.
