21 day dry aged grass finished chuck roast. What to do? Perhaps a 36 hour cook with concentrated flavors. Dam it was fine. The full rich flavors made you want to eat just by itself, no tortilla, no crackers, no corn bread. Yesterday after a walk in the park The Bride thought Ramen would work. It did it worked great.

Here we go. Seered chuck placed it and almost every veggie on hand plus a bag of frozen Stew veggies in pot. Turned on high 4 hours then low 10. Didn't eat it that day, didn't it eat next day (simmered on about 180° adding liquid as needed.) Didn't eat it. Finally ate for Breakfast around 0430 second sunrise.
