Hardly qualifies as a road trip but outside of SLC visited Bam's in Orem, Utah Bam's was so good I made the trek out there twice. Thought the fatty brisket & turkey were outstanding. Pork ribs and jalapeno sausage were not far behind. Was in Austin area for a BBQ trip in February, and IMO...
