    My new Grillfriend arrived yesterday!

    That hole in my Heart err Cart has been Filled! I received my Oval XL kamado yesterday around 4:00 P.M. The driver (Brian Cooney) was very helpful and let me open the box to inspect the contents (and even helped me lift it onto the cart) so I signed for it with no exceptions...

    Beef Ribs

    Just put some nice looking beef ribs on the Primo XL. Rubbed with Magic Dust and cooking them with apple chunks. Last time I cooked these the silverskin on the back made them near inedible so I went at them pretty hard with the trimming this time around. A friend of mine claims that in good ribs...
