    Made a spatchcock chicken and some beef meatballs on indirect heat on the old 18" Weber kettle. I'm digging the Kingsford Comp briquettes I picked up at Costco - virtually no sparking and less ash than Royal Oak, very nutural flavor and put a nice color on the meat.
