    New Smoker Arrived This Week!

The opportunity finally arrived to make the next step in my journey. I was feeling the desire to move on from the pellet pooper. Not for any other reason than I wanted to try and learn a bit more. I was really intrigued by the Gravity Fed units and did a lot of research on them...

What Are the Best IVCs on the Market?

In your estimation, what pitmakers are in the "A" class of IVC manufacturers, "B" class, "C" class, etc? (B does not necessarily mean a bad product, just not "best" like A-class.....think like grade school :) A is best, B is good, C is average, etc.) Why? Any to avoid? Why?
