This Cilantro Lime "Flank Steak Style" Sirloin (with Picanha!) Wasn't Terrible
Aldi has sirloin for $4.99 / lb every day here. The package we got had two small pieces huddled together, and SURPRISE!, a thick piece of picanha nestled in there too! We didn't hate it :) I'll have a short video of this cook on my channel later tonight (link in my signature line below)...
