1) Q-Salt (the staple) - great base rub for a lot of stuff, and works well on steaks
2) Hot salt - great flavor with a little heat
3) Harvest Brine - never do another Thanksgiving turkey without it

*Chicken salt is being put on some wings today for first time

**I've got the rib rub you sent tee'd up for 4th of July BBQ - looking forward to trying it.

Very accurate. We also use a LOT of Garlicky Lemon (it's great on wings, all sorts of grilled veggies, etc)
