Perfect day for this and I feel like :dancer: Both of these bad boys are going on to the roti (same time) to get basted and bathed in fire. The participants are a 1/2 pork loin with SPG & Killer Bee, and some BB ribs with SPG and Simply Marvelous Apple. Fuel is some cherry splits and oak splits.

Stay tuned. :biggrin1:

That glaze is mouth watering awesome...
Thanks! The glaze look is all natural juice glaze because they're both nekkid...just dry rubbed today. The rotisserie action just does a fantastic job of self basting, only when i stop the spin do you see the juices really drip.

OBTW Pulling soon so finished pics coming.

Damn those look good! You are right about the roti and self basting. The bark is a little different but everything comes out so juicy. I have also found the meat can take a lot more heat spinning vs on the grate.

Awesome! Had the barrel fired up the other day just need to keep working on my wood burning game pretty bad right now
Matt it takes practice for sure. I'm always learning and it's been a couple of years since I've been using it.

Congratulations on your trademark.
Thanks dads..now I have to use it publicly and in business for it to ever get officially registered.
