It is usually demand driven... are there 15-20 teams out that way that are looking for classes? I'm sure one could materialize if there was enough interest in the region.

I missed your thread, 5-0, but my team mate and I would be VERY interested. We were talking about this on the way to our last competition. Would love to have gone to the Plowboys class in October, but it was too short notice to get everything together.

Keep me posted if you hear anything. I own a BBQ supply company here in northern MD. I would be willing to help work out the logistics if anyone was interested in doing something in this area.
