I came up with a real good soup with the trimmings from comp thigh meat here while back and Sue and me liked it a lot so she was off y'day and fix some fer suppa. It has all the usual susects fer soup like onion, 55 cloves of garlic, taters, carrots, but what makes it stand out a bit is the spices. We use mexican oregano and you can really taste (and even see) the difference. Also spinkled in there is some curry, turmeric, cummin and of course I gotta spinkle in a dose of chopped japs in mine. Lil corn bread and yer off way up yonder, if you know what I mean.
