Uses for Leftover ABT filling?

I had more of the pulled pork/cream cheese/etc. mix than I could fit in the jalapeno halves for yesterday's ABTs.

Just wondering what some of you would do in the same situation - probably won't have time to fire up the WSM, but could light the kettle for grilling.

In the past I've just used it as a dip or put in on crackers - how about you?

Throw it in an omelet as filling.
Heat it up and pour it over french fries, tater tots, or hashbrowns.

Freeze it in bite size balls, and then batter dip and deep fry.

or buy two or three large poblanos or big jim chiles for the leftover stuff and make some big arse ABTs right long with the reg japs. Not leftovers, and a BIG ABT for the chef.

Put it in a shallow dish and into the smoker to heat up. Then eat with the big Frito Scoop corn chips. Good stuff!
