Default pecan walleye

I was too tired and lazy to fire up the smoker today so i dredged some walleye fillets in some seasoned flour, then into an egg wash then finally into some crushed pecans mixed with some bread crumbs then baked in oven. purtty dang tasty!

Walleye looks great! Can't go wrong with a Saranac either! The pomegranate wheat is some good stuff!!

Excellent.I like pecan with fish.We get the early Coho and I like to pan fry in butter with a little garlic and rosemary and sprinkle the pecan on at the end.Very nice have to try the eye recipe when I get a couple.Thanks
