Default jerk walleye

grilled walleye with Penzey's "jamaician jerk" seasoning, Trader Joe's wild rice medley, salad and a nice Leinenkugel Creamy dark lager to wash it all down with.

GOSM smoker (gas)
Masterbuilt (electric)
Weber Kettle
Weber Gasser (2)
Weber WSM

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me then a frontal lobotomy
