Default Chicken Pr0n

Here's my first attempt at smoking wings. I think they turned out good. They weren't dry and the skin was nice and crisp. Wife must have thought they turned out good too cause me and her ate all 3lbs of them for dinner last night.

Well, I just coated them in oil, dusted them with salt & pepper and put them in the smoker at 225-250 for 3-1/2 hrs. Thought they turned out great myself.

I usually toss mine in a sauce of melted butter and Frank's hot sauce.
