Default Smoked Razor Clam Chowder

Smoked Razor Clam Chowder
MSD makes the best Clam Chowder I have ever had
Smoking the Clams and cooking everything on the grill only made it better
Chop up some razor clams / add a few onions and spread on a screen ready for the Smoke House
Attachment 87422
Smoke up in the “House of Smoke Dawg” with a few Friends!
Attachment 87423
Smoked enough – these little buggers smoke up quick!
Attachment 87424
Get some Bacon cooked up in the Dutch oven!
Attachment 87425
Add the Veggies – Celery and Onions
Attachment 87426
Time to add the Clam nectar and Potatoes
Attachment 87427
Now the Carrots, Smoked Clams, and Onions
Attachment 87428
Bourbon man must have deleted the picture of the addition of the canned milk and final mixing
Here it is – Mrs. Smoke Dawg makes the best Clam Chowder around but add in the Smoke Dawg Style with smoked calms was over the top!
Attachment 87429
Please use this last picture as the polling pic – This chowder will keep your spoon Erect for a long time!
Attachment 87430
It is so thick, that no crackers are needed and it tastes awesome
Thank You for peeking!

Stick it in a sourdough bowl, and it would be perfect.

Already looks delicious.

Not going to say I have ever had clam chowder but I would eat the hell out of that, I love thick soup that holds up the spoon that is how I judge if my chili is done or not, must hold up a spoon before it is edible.
If it ain't smokin' it must be broken!
