Okay now, I'm a wee bit confused with this contest being listed as "Recently Added Events" on the KCBS webpage, as it has historically been an MBN event. I went to the contest website and it states the awards will be for whole hog, pork shoulder, and pork rib (typical MBN entries) and doesn't mention ANYTHING about chicken and brisket. It does have both the MBN logo and the KCBS logo.
I've judged this contest (MBN) the past three years and it is a GREAT contest!!! Ms Carlene does a WONDERFUL job organizing the judges! If anyone can explain how the KCBS fits into this contest I'd be beholding to you!
