The vents on my Webers freeze shut but a little lit charcoal frees them right up. A couple days ago I had to bring my mini inside in order to separate the middle and bottom sections.

80+ here. I love the snow. And what I really love is not having to shovel it. Give me the sand and sunshine any day!

Smoking in the snow from Stupendous Bowl weekend. It would take more than a little snow to keep me from cooking outside.

The worst part is digging a path to your cookers. Everything after that is good times!

Default That ain't nothing but a dusting.

Smoking in the snow as I type. Big ol' Italian sausage fatty, chunk of pork butt and some ribs. Best part about snow is you don't need ice to keep your beer(s) cold.

Default My grills are buried.

That's nothing. You should see the snow drift that is my bbq area. You can barely see the WSM. My mini WSM is completely buried. I just hope my charcoal garbage can is safe and no snow got in there.

I absolutely hate snow! However, when we get it I will use it to my advantage and build wind blockers out of it. Just pile it up and it holds up pretty well too.

Default Snow

As long as you have a path to the cooker you are gold. Nothing like firing up the coals when it's cold and snowy. Steak last night, chicken and shrimp tonight. Now that's living!
